Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent (Alu) (Through Kineticom) :

• Project Summary - AT&T acquired components of an existing CDMA network. ALU was contracted to “integrate” them into a fully functional CDMA network capable of supporting commercial CDMA roaming traffic entirely under AT&T control. • Responsible for managing the integration services requirements and deliverables between and across sub-teams within AT&T, ALU, and Sub-contractors. This included Re-integration of stranded CDMA cell sites, Cell Rehoming, Micro Wave rerouting, Integration of 3rd party hosted MSC, PDSN, AAA, Integration of network management systems for Operations functions, Transport Integration, SS7 Integration, IPX Integration, E911 Integration, and CALEA coordination. • Worked directly with AT&T program management staff to coordinate sub team for overall project planning. • Coordinated and chaired weekly status meetings with project team members, executives, and Sales (AT&T, Subs, & ALU). Project status, issues, time lines and constraints were addressed. • Collected, consolidated, summarized, and submitted weekly status reports to AT&T & ALU. • Managed Scope change request process. • Maintained and managed the master Microsoft Project schedule and Action Item Register (AIR) in cooperation and coordination with AT&T and ALU sub-teams. • Chaired bi-weekly forecast review meeting between sub-team leads, AT&T, and ALU Sales to assist in projecting up-coming revenue milestones.
