• Provided Program Management oversight for a new National 2G to 3G upgrade project to deploy ALU’s newest indoor Metro Cell 9363 for AT&T’s existing enterprise customers. This project provided a lower priced option to traditional DAS service which extend and enhance existing indoor cell coverage. • Managed National integration service project team to convert Cell sites from ATM-based transport to IP based transport over Gigabit Ethernet. • Developed and implemented an efficient process to correct some SCCPCH offset parameters on impacted NodeB throughout the ATT RNC network. • Coordinated the Integration and Migration Services to convert CALEA Call Content Delivery (CCDU) to CCDU-E and CALEA LTDU-CDDU to SS8 XCIPIO-CDDU Platform Integration Service
