Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent (Alu) (Through Kineticom, Inc.) :

• Function as ALUs Central Point of Contact for UMTS and LTE New Site Build (NSB) and Modification (MOD) projects in the Pacific North West (PNW) • Manage, maintain, and modify baseline plans and milestones in accordance with AT&T capacity needs as agreed by AT&T project stakeholders • Responsible for full coordination of ALU’s schedules and resources according AT&T’s capacity priorities • Participate with regional team members and AT&T partners in daily/weekly milestone reviews, priority adjustments, status reporting, and issues mitigations • Participate in Monthly face to face executive level review meetings and strategy discussions • Responsible for coordination, planning, and oversight of all contracted project deliverables from project kick-off to project closeout (i.e. equipment delivery, installation, integration, test, status reports, final customer sign off, scope creep, etc…)
