Managed Palo Alto debug lab and new chip bench validation activity, participated pre-silicon verification of Marvel Microprocessor with the magic test bench written in PERL to identify design bugs, managed new chip Wildfire package qualificationand product qualification activities and generated the reliability report, designed burn-in test hardware and reliability qualification test hardware and checked out the test hardware at bench before release them, characterized new product at ATE tester and bench, managed product line manufacturing transfer to oversea foundry, drove for wafer sort yield improvement and final test yield improvement with regression analysis, pareto analysis, root-cause analysis, and DPPM management, drove cost reduction through yield improvement, cycle time reduction, test time reduction, and 2nd source porting. Developed the infant mortality ATE screening mechanism to eliminate the need of burn-in test insertion in manufacturing flow through the use of design of experiment, defect activation energy analysis, FIT analysis, and correlation analysis. Managed the quarterly reliability monitoring system after the release the infant mortality screening mechanism in final test in manufacturing flow.
