Improved wafer sort and final test yield, dispositioned low yielding lots and implemented corrective action as necessary, ran new product characterization on ATE and bench, managed new product oversea transfer, interfaced with fab foundries and test foundries for production issues, managed customer returns from ATE and bench characterization to F/A lab destructive analysis and implemented corrective action as necessary, monitored DPPM number to ensure the sufficient test coverage provided for outgoing parts, drove cost reduction through test time reduction, cycle time reduction, and yield improvement, analyzed customer return to root-cause the faulre for the corrective action as necessary, managed test hardware inventory to ensure test hardware to go through preventative maintenance procedure, maintained production test database to ensure the success of the statistical binning model, drove for data analysis automation to improve the quality and effectiveness of analysis, ran the yield improvement meeting and foundry meetings to ensure to follow TQM continual process improvement flow, and provided the feedback and recommendation in 6 month review meeting, etc.
