Daily Duties at Belk:

Oversee business operations of all on-line concepts, with an emphasis on responsiveness, quality, and a superlative customer experience for Belk.com. Develop and oversee operational business processes required to run a digital commerce business. Plan and work closely with partner organizations in planning, developing, and testing fresh and engaging content. Create and report on the status of the digital commerce business. Execute a true Multi-Channel strategy, including, links to brick and mortar stores, social media and mobile channels. Develop a framework for prioritization of projects in eCommerce development. Partner with internal and external resources to achieve Multi-Channel objectives within the organization for Marketing, Information Technology, Merchandising, Store Operations to ensure alignment to corporate goals. Lead creative development efforts to optimize online customer user experiences.
