Daily Duties at Belk:

Design strategies and plans consistent with and in support of the Belk Supply Chain goals and objectives. Deliver both the long and short term financial goals for the supply chain at Belk. Manage the overall throughput, merchandise processing into the Belk distribution centers to ensure all merchandise is floor ready when delivered to the stores. Support, train and mentor direct reports so that they can become future leaders with the supply chain or other areas within the Belk organization.
