Daily Duties at Thermoform Engineered Quality:
1. Review, observe, and employ root cause analysis to current production practices before suggesting the implementation of lean management principals. 2. Work with Engineering, Tooling, and Manufacturing to identify work flow improvements. Provide consultation, on the job training, and continuous feedback to staff to ensure the success of each implementation. 3. Encourage lead process development teams to apply lean process improvement methodologies to achieve efficient and profitable business results. 4. Reviews and audits the implementations out into action and ensure the desired business effect was accomplished. 5. Make adjustments as needed until the desired outcome is achieved.
