I spearheaded daily operations management of a therapeutic high school for SED, BD, and LD students. Assisted school principal in the management of education and teaching programs. I facilitated communication between students, teachers, and the Social Work and Crisis Intervention Teams which resulted in maintaining a safe, positive learning environment for all. I helped develop curriculum, supervised the implementation of behavior management plans for each student, supervised teachers, social workers, and a crisis team, evaluated faculty performance, coordinated school activities, and ensured budgetary guidelines were met.
