Daily Duties at Uhs Pruitt Corporation:

-Oversight and leadership of all financial and accounting functions and compliance w company policies, GAAP and other applicable regulations including third party reimbursement, etc -Monitor and insure the accuracy and productivity of all accounting activities including accounts payable, payroll, billing/collections, cash disbursements, GAAP accounting, financial analysis, tax reporting, third party payor reporting, etc -Oversight and coordination of the monthly and year-end close -Oversight of balance sheet and budgetary reviews, including appropriate maintenance of subsidiary records, including fixed assets -Coordination of completion of any financial audits/compilations by outside entities along w implementation of any approved recommendations -Coordination of timely completion of company valuation by outside party -Insure the provision of timely, accurate and useful financial reports/information, summary and detailed as necessary, along w analysis, consolidation, benchmarking, etc of such data for all internal and external users of financial information required and requested, including management, lenders, tax authorities, third party payors, etc -Directs and oversees reviews of accounting/financial reporting processes, controls and procedures to ensure complete, consistent and accurate accounting and reporting of financial activity, using best practices methodology including software, policies and procedures, staffing, etc -Oversight and maintenance of all needed financial and accounting staff including hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, provision of up-to-date job descriptions, benchmarking, incentive plans, etc -Develop and implement Treasury Dept emphasizing efficient cash management and reporting -Oversight and management of tax compliance/reporting -Determination of needed capital of current and future operations -Timely provision of such needed capital through maintenance and development of new lending relationships through timely and accurate reporting, compliance w covenants, etc -Oversight of budgeting process, insuring accuracy of financial data and projections, allowance for approved amendments, etc -Oversight of insurance procurement
