Daily Duties at Aviation & Defense Inc:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections and reapir/replacement of structures, engines, and various components of Transport Category Aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration & Company Standards. Record maintenance activities in electronic maintenance tracking system. Duties include supervising and assisting Junior and Senior Mechanics in accomplishing thier duties in a team-oriented environment to achieve collective goals. Additional duties include supervision of Junior mechanics and teaching methods to better aid their career development and improve techniques to ensure success. Auditing of paperwork and workmanship to ensure compliance with FAA and Company Standards.
