● Determined applicant's Louisiana Road Home Program eligibility. ● Initiated Road Home grant recapture process on applicants with a negative grant variance. ● Monitored applicant's cases for compliance. ● Executed audits for The Department of Housing and Urban Development on misappropriations of CDBG funds and Road Home grants. ● Completed accurate and timely screenings and initiations of appeal requests submitted directly by applicants. ● Reviewed all information included in assigned Appeal packets and determined eligibility of Appeal. ● Research appealing applicant information. ● Created Appeal Approval/Denial letters for appeal decisions and implement required appeal case changes. ● Served as a liaison for agency and applicant's who needed corrective action. ● Conducted quarterly safety inspections of the Office of Community Development offices for safety compliance.
