Daily Duties at Mindspeed Technologies:
Principal visionary over internal audit processes for designer and seller of semiconductor solutions for communications applications in wireline and wireless network infrastructure. Worked closely with executive management team to advance ongoing compliance efforts and maintain a sound control environment focused on meeting Management’s objectives. Collaborated heavily with executive management and Audit Committee to report any significant deficiencies or material weaknesses. Established and monitored department budget, and executed host of other administrative functions. Oversaw internal and external resources to test all key control activities on a regular basis. Tracked and reported on implementation status of audit recommendations.
