III • Maintained Platforms and Servers O/S; Windows NT4/2000/XP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Routers, and switches • Interfaced with vendors to acquire software/Hardware • Performed LAN Server Configuration Tuning, Repair and Managed PC’s, LAN Servers, and Systems Administration • Configured, Maintained and Tracked Systems’ Software and Security Configurations • Utilized with Remedy Helpdesk Tracking System. • Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Testcase and Testing, Procedure and Reports Writing • Worked and trained others in network security administration (McAfee desktop/Server and McAfee Enterprise, and Symantec). • Provided Information Systems support for the National Aeronautics & Space • Created and maintained computer Tech maintenance shop for over 3,000 customers to include Bendix Field Engineering, NASA, CSC, Lockheed, SAIC and many other subcontractors for PC customer support.
