Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase Bank :
Proactively meet with customers face to face or over the phone to discuss their fi- nancial needs and provide product recommendations. Perform duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial ser- vices. Process all new account transactions; assist customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; cross-selling the Bank's products and services. Open, maintain and close all account types and perform clerical duties. Promote business for Chase Bank by maintaining good customer relations and re- ferring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, and safe deposit. Process and board DDA lines of credit, discussing and accepting credit applications. Provide guidance, leadership, training and support to new less experienced Account Representatives and other branch staff members.
