Work hand-in hand with the Branch Manager to oversee the general management of the branch Performed duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services. Responsible for the day-to-day sales activities for Personal Bankers and focus on sales management Supervised and coach Personal Bankers. Promoted teamwork, and coach Sales and Service Associates to refer to bankers. Assisted in conducting daily huddles and debriefs and personally handle sales and service interactions with customers during peak volume periods. Supported the Branch Manager in the general management of the branch, and worked together to improve branch performance, including Branch Profit & Loss, Service Scores, Sales Campaign Results, and Product Value Credits. Communicated branch performance and priorities with Personal Bankers. Worked with the Branch Manager in the hiring and staffing process for Personal Bankers. Ensured that Personal Bankers follow policies and procedures and operate within the guidelines of Chase’s Code of Conduct.
