Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase Bank :
Responsible for the success or failure of the overall goals for growth and acquisition of new business. Responsible for all functions and staff within the branch. Delegated work to senior staff members who reported directly to me in order to in- sure that all work was performed on time. Capable of effectively resolving or negotiating issues of controversy that involved staff or customer relationships and moved ahead with the goals of the branch. Lead by example in inspiring and leading my team based upon my leadership ability, being a role model, and by going above and beyond the call of duty. Possessed excellent communication skills in representing the bank within the com- munity by joining organizations such as the local Chamber of Commerce. Insured proper training to create good sales budgets and plans that were monitored and acted upon. Created an atmosphere that was dynamic and conducive to sales and provided excellent customer service. Delegated customer service function for new and existing clients to the assistant branch manager and other strategic individuals at the branch. Aware of all compliance and bank policy issues that affect the business of the clients and the bank. Achieved business growth by improving revenue/expense, and meeting/exceeding customer expectations. Built effective relationships with customers, business partners, staff, and members of the community. Responsible for making sure that the work flow ran smoothly and all positions were covered during vacation periods, lunch breaks as well as unexpected absences. Responsible for the physical security and appearance of the branch facilities. Actively aware of staff and team requirements such as performance appraisals, training and quality control.
