-Plan & control costs during construction -Write up monetary claims cases -Ensure all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets -Establish daily and weekly schedule and track work -Analyze and manage the field work directives -Analysis of bids, negotiate and supervise Subcontractors -Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients and stakeholders -Maintenance of daily records (production rate, purchase order) -Apply personal technical knowledge (Calculate & designate bridge formwork plans) -Monitoring the shop drawings -Environmental Manager : • Ensure construction site meets the environmental standards • Develop environmental action plans • Establish environmental procedure on the construction site
