Daily Duties at Ontario Conference:

My original assignment was to oversee the finances of the work nationally and subsequently I was deployed to provide expertise in education, training and infrastructure building for Relief and Development initiatives in the Sub-Saharan West Africa region. Targeted areas were Health Care, Sanitation and Women in Development. I was asked to serve as manager for Trust Services. The main area of focus was Trusts and Estate Planning. Another area added to my responsibility was to be Manager of the organizations' Senior Citizens Home where I handled their day to day operations. Part of that responsibility was to the tax returns for certain senior citizens and also prepare the quarterly informational returns for the Senior Citizens Home. I was asked to manage the construction of a hospital in the region, a project which turned out to be a good experience for my young career. I was asked to write and Employee Manual since there was no HR Director. Solid experience in short-term and medium-term financial planning, budgeting and treasury operations

What they like about Ontario Conference:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
