Responsible for all recruiting, hiring, training, record keeping, benefits, and payroll functions for up to 130 employees through ADP payroll processing. Prepare financial statements, cost accounting, forecasting, budgets utilizing Lawson software.Oversight of IT with support of part-time computer consultant. Participation in Kaizen Lean continuous improvement events.
