Manage and supervise faculty within the College of Arts & Sciences, which includes Communication, Critical Thinking, General Education, General & Historical Psychology, and Writing content areas. Participate in the selection, orientation and training of faculty. Assess curriculum, faculty, and student learning on a consistent, ongoing basis to ensure quality instruction and high student achievement.
