Daily Duties at Keller Williams Realty:
Negotiate short sale transactions with mortgage companies, lien holders, buyers and sellers to parties to close successfully close short sale transactions ensuring a ‘win win’ for all parties. Review and analyze credit reports, collateral valuation reports, tax returns, financial statements, HOA (Home Owners Association) documents, residential loan applications, real estate sales contracts, appraisals, and other short sale supporting documentation to prepare for negotiations with mortgage companies and investors. Conduct buyer and seller consultations, market and service listings, research market statistics, write and present offers
