Daily Duties at Mount Sinai Hospital:
•Assist in organizing and managing activities for SUHI community intervention -Diabetes Program •Works collaboratively with the Program Team to engage with communities to achieve project goals •Measure and track process indicators, offer constructive feedback on operational improvement •Strategize on how to best meet project goals and monitoring and all project-related activities •Supervises and training staff of six (Community Health Educators) •Manage outreach activities and building/maintaining community relations, developing of the health promotion/ educational materials, synthesizing best practices for outreach strategies from the literature •Assist in development of survey instruments and evaluation tools •Manage two million dollar grants Audit program Flies •Manage a three year budget
