Facilitated individual and group sessions by using various theoretical approaches and techniques to help each individual client achieve their established goals. Progress was measured on a weekly basis and goals were adapted to meet current and future needs. Skill building workshops were also developed and implemented that provided conflict management education for adults living with mental illness.
