Daily Duties at Con Cise Center:
Projects: Strategic Workforce Planning for Council of Watershed Health Los Angeles Conducted a series of job analyses using structured and unstructured interviews with identified subject matter experts (SMEs) and developed a strategic workforce plan that aligned the organization’s business goals and structure by predicting and recommending projected resources that will contribute to the organization’s 2025 vision. University of Southern California Los Angeles Data Analysis Conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis of survey responses, department town hall workshops, and stakeholder interview responses using NVivo10 software and developed recommendations for implementation by USC executives and identified steering committee. Strategic Planning for The Shepherd Boy Ministries Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the organization through a needs and SWOT analysis, followed by an input review that allowed for strategic issues to be defined leading to the development of a strategic recommendation action plan that was presented to a steering committee
