Daily Duties at Advantage Sales & Marketing:

Provide support for the HRBPs and business leaders in the management of the associate life-cycle from new hire assimilation through ongoing development, coaching, associate engagement, and survey action planning to generate blended solutions across organizational and capability requirements. Coordinate and support the rewards and recognition program on behalf of the business by partnering with the Organizational Development team to drive the rewards strategy. Plan and execute detailed project plans that support business specific initiatives including performance management and employee engagement driven by the HRBPs and Organizational Development Director. Collaborate with cross functional teams to draft project schedules and monitor team progress and enforce deadlines. Develop and maintain reports using reporting, analytics, and dashboard tools that drive compliance for timelines and deliverables. Partner with executive leadership team to coordinate and leverage the corporate membership with the Network of Executive Women to generate new business. Facilitate monthly meetings to develop strategies that increase employee participation with the network. Create and modify job descriptions within all departments that are followed by the development of behavioral based interview questions tied to key organizational competencies used by talent acquisition during the hiring process. Address inquiries from employees at all levels, including executives, for on-going employee relations issues. Execute appropriate risk-assessment and mitigation strategies.
