Daily Duties at Alltel Wireless Communications:

Responsibilities included maintaining established business accounts of five plus lines of service as well as cold calling for new, prospective accounts. As a retail store manager, I had responsibilities for directly managing 3 stores and 20+ employees. I was responsible for customer service satisfaction, meeting store quotas, maintaining employee schedules as well as hiring, training and developing new professionals. My stores were consistently in the top 5% of the region meeting and exceeding consistently all sales targets and receiving several management awards. I also had the privilege of developing seven new managers for the company during this period of time.
