Daily Duties at Cross Manufacturing:
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory of all plant inventories. Cycle counting and insuring adequate inventories are in the plant for timely production and delivery to our various customers. I have been active in Lean Manufacturing initiatives designed to increase product flow through the production process, eliminating waste, and exceeding expected inventory turns by 37% resulting in better productivity, a safer workplace and increased customer satisfaction.
