Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Provide leadership to global team of 38 IT professionals, consisting of vendor and team members focused on delivering and maintaining integration solutions for Target. Direct initiatives regarding integration technologies, vendor relationships, global solution delivery and lifecycle events. Closely collaborate with infrastructure and support partners, verifying functionality and condition of the platform and enabling team to perform key technology enhancement needed to ensure platforms are reliable and stable. Defined and developed framework and automation team to prioritize and streamline delivery of continuous improvement and development components. Directed reorganization of integration COE and Tech COE to form Custom Build COE which includes alignment of roles, responsibility, personnel and portfolio across all domains impacting 490 personnel across geographies.
