Daily Duties at Hope Clinic:

• Research and stay abreast of tax and regulatory changes, market and economic developments, while monitoring business performance, credit and collections, and preparation of monthly and quarterly filings. • Provided guidance, training, and supervision to the accounting personnel, general accounting duties, payroll, cost, financial reporting for multiple entities, and directed accounting department and Human Resource Department. • Performed month end close, journal entries, accruals, revenue allocations, balance reconciliations and aging, financial statements, insured client complied with tax laws, regulations, and GAAP while mitigate risks and liabilities. • Provided financial guidance on planning, forecasting, and budgets for all elements of the financials including compensation, retirement plans, stock options, investments and other funding strategies for Human Resources. • Hyperion planning and financial reporting, SQL, Oracle Databases, Medicaid and Medicare cost report preparation, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Women’s Health, Adult Medicine, and administration • Planned and monitored internal controls and processes to insure client was following auditors’ suggestions for safeguarding asset, SOX compliance and software implementation – Hyperion and SQL. • Operations, insurance, billing, sales to collection, standard cost, planning and budgeting, shared services, supply chain, treasury, tax, and financial reporting and consolidations.
