Daily Duties at City Of Santa Monica:
Supervised four employees in the Mail Center and Print Shop for the City of Santa Monica. Responsible for the purchasing of equipment and inventory, the maintaining of all budgeting and billing for division, the scheduling of employees, and scheduling the production of approximately 130 print jobs a month. Researched and decided to implement city-wide software program that allows department to more easily submit print orders, replacing an outdated paper-based system.
