USA's primary objective was to hire and train the new Leasing Agents for a large lease acquisition project. Our obligation was to teach the agents five (5) how to research the Department of Natural Resources to preform well histories. Prepare individual leases and Louisiana State Leases, research land and title mineral history at various court houses to find mineral ownership for leasing purposes. Negotiate the leases and execute the leases. Then enter data on Word and Excel spreadsheets for the oil companies.
