Daily Duties at Hsbc:
Provided project / program management oversight and support for the delivery of more than 13 projects and 39 sub-projects as well as phased deployments impacting Global Banking & Markets(GBM) as part of a 2-year, $200M+ US Transformation Program aimed at replacing costly banking technology infrastructure (80+ systems) and re-engineering obsolete and inefficient internal processes (over 400 processes).
