Daily Duties at Lafarge:
• Maintain plant technical improvement/optimization plans • Maintain / improve plant performance systems • Accountable for Process, Quality and Electrical Departments pertaining to company guidelines and polices. • Promote teamwork and a positive outlook within the organization by developing cohesiveness between departments. • Provide leadership efforts of the Quality, Process, Systems/Instrumentation departments. • Responsible for the career development of all personnel under his management including recommendations for individual development, bonus and wage increases and the development of regular performance reviews.
