Worked closely with the founder in order to launch the company. Raised the two initial seed rounds of investment; valued the company and spearheaded the financial projects; worked closely with the company lawyers in drafting all the necessary investor documentation and developed strong relationships with established brands in the fashion industry that acted as beta tester and initial clients.
