Drive key business decisions and initiatives while creating and administering policies and procedures for all business units. Scope of accountabilities include all aspects of daily accounting needs, banking and financial management, internal audits, budgeting, employee benefits and pension, CPI calculations/adjustments, product appraisals, client invoicing, and tax reporting. Assist Paychex Payroll Service with payroll processing, 125 plan, and 401(k) retirement services. Performed annual reviews of all insurance policies including necessary transit and stock reporting. Planned and arranged transport of goods from foreign countries as well as exported goods. Coordinated efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plans. Identified, effectively communicated, and resolved project issues and risks.
