*Achieve Yearly Sales goal of approximately 4 Million Dollars *Coordinate Corporate Market Events and Social weddings from 15-500 people * Execute Menu's and Proposals for each event *Generate Contracts and Deposits for each event * Finalize all billing for all events which I was responsible for *Participated in the Manager on Duty Program *Conducted daily, Catering, weekly food and beverage meetings *Oversaw an Administrator and Two Sales Managers * Sent follow up Letters and Evaluations to Clients post events
