Daily Duties at Conexant Systems:

Managed new product introduction program from proposal gate, RTL stabilization, RTL freezing, tape-out gate, validation, limited production gate to full production. During the course, I ran the core team meeting, monitored daily and weekly design and validation progress, ran the brainstorm meeting to resolve the critical issue, managed the bug list and ensure the open bugs to be closed before limited production, ran debug meeting and followed through the open issues to closure, managed wafer fab and assembly schedule, managed customer sample distribution, ran the post mortem meeting after new product limited production release to ensure the continual progress on process improvement on new product introduction, and ran new design tape-out checklist meeting to ensure the correct gds file to send and check process correctly executed. Managed second source migration programs from design ECN, ECD, foundry meeting, tape-out checklist meeting, fab and assembly schedule, validation activity coordination, qualification activity coordination, customer ECN sending coordination, reliability qualification report generation, agile record release, and limited production release meeting. Drove for wafer sort yield and final test yield improvement from fab D0 entitled yield number. Managed cost reduction projects from test time reduction, assembly 2nd source migration, wafer fab 2nd source migration, process cycle time reduction, to yield improvement. Managed company product pertfolio to ensure the margin increase and right product mix, managed customer returns failure analysis from ATE and bench characterization to F/A lab destructive analysis and implemented corrective action, dispositioned low yielding lot and implemented corrective action as necessary, etc.
