Daily Duties at Nissan Americas:
Nissan dealerships are all franchised. These franchises receive incentive compensation based on survey results submitted by individual buyers. Nissan uses these survey results to differentiate among the dealerships. They also use these results to predict JD Power results. My job was to figure out why the surveys were not accurately differentiating among dealerships or predicting JD Power. Once the cause had been determined, I created new survey instruments that would differentiate and a new dealer incentive compensation plan to go along with the new surveys.
