Daily Duties at Kaplan University Group:
As an internal consultant, I reported to the SVP of Strategy and did ad hoc projects across multiple Kaplan businesses to understand how the voice of the consumer as well as our internal data should drive future product strategy, specifically in pricing for the university business, a real estate model for the campus business, and development of an innovation pipeline for Kaplan Inc.
