I served as Chief of Staff through our first round of funding, responsible for creating the ask deck, the budget, the business model, competitive intelligence, marketing research (both quantitative and qualitative), and pro forma financial modelling. After that, my job was refined to deciding whether we should buy, build, or partner for features necessary to make us successful in the market.
