Daily Duties at U.S. Army National Guard:

- Subject matter expert for supply and service operations. - Maintained ERP Systems, prepared required documents and posted transactions to ERP Systems and supporting transaction files. - Collaborated with staff development and operation of ERP Systems, policy and procedures, operating instructions, reports and related technical materials, equipment review, salvage and repair parts supply procedures, and maintenance support systems. - Supervised management of support functions in stock control and accounting, procurement, inventory control and financial management. - Managed and supervised personnel engaged in supply, services, material management and logistics operations, provided technical assistance to subordinates. - Advised senior management in logistics operations. - Reviewed periodic reports for operating supplies and equipment and analyzed statistical data to ascertain trends, monitor quality control and operational efficiency. - Liaison between senior staff and subordinate personnel to improve effectiveness. - Coordinated activities with other staff elements. - Conducted inspection/assistance visits to subordinate elements to ensure quality control. - Developed and executed training programs. - Reviewed investigative findings to determine appropriate methods of obtaining relief from responsibility for lost, damaged and destroyed items.
