Daily Duties at Sentel Corporation/Hci Integrated Solutions:
- DoD Contractor supporting Integrated Logistics Support & Services (ILSS) Contract. - Senior Team Leader for 16 teams (9 supervisors and 80 employees) located in KS, KY and MO. - Site Lead for new hire on-boarding, general supervision and day-to-day contract employee support. - Overall management and supervision for equipment and supply accountability. - Perform daily analysis ensuring contract compliance. - Project management of accounting, scheduling inventories and reconciliations. - Collaborates with staff development and operation of ERP Systems, policy and procedures, operating instructions and reports. - Collect data and prepare reports as requested by customer and required by contract. - Analyze statistical data and periodic reports to: ascertain trends, monitor quality control and operational efficiency, increase customer value and eliminate non-value added activities.
