Daily Duties at Stanley, Hunt, Du Pree & Rhine, Inc.:
Responsible for the quality control aspects of flexible benefit administration to include keeping abreast of IRS & DOL regulations; implement procedure for ordering and tracking associate uniforms; staff training & compliance development through ongoing review of work performed and update of daily work procedures; perform compliance audit in all necessary areas; perform discrimination testing and Form 5500 completion; complete Request for Proposal responses for potential client. Supervised a staff of 16 claims coders & processors; monitor processing and distribution of flexible benefits reimbursement checks to all clients on assigned delivery date; served as liaison between organization, clients, and upper management; ensured compliance with all policies and procedures; administered any disciplinary actions necessary.
