Direct all aspects of the HR Department to ensure state & federal compliance; interpret and assist in developing HR policies and procedures for consistency, compliance and efficiency; overall responsibility for hiring, administration of benefits; process all wage and salary administration, training, welfare-to-work & employment programs; oversee employee personnel records to ensure legal compliance; collaborate with managers, employees and corporate HR to help resolve employee relations issues, guides to best decisions; prepare corrective action documentation; facilitate involuntary terminations; prepare & review all end of month finance reports; monitor workers’ compensation claims and recruit for all open positions. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with both salaried and hourly workforce; serve as mediator for conflict resolution.
