Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Provided program, technical training support and organizational management expertise to Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), PM (Program Manager) Ground Transportation and Engineer Systems, in the areas of: • Course/curriculum development for a formal military school for the introduction of new equipment. • Development of all training documentation and analysis of training requirements necessary to meet major acquisition milestones. • Prepared documents to include Manpower Training Plans (MTP), Manpower and Training Analysis (MTA) research, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) matrix, reports, presentations, and other training and or/acquisition documentation as necessary. • Created lesson plans, student handouts and course outlines for training at formal schools. • Conducted research for, prepared and delivered high-level briefings/ point papers (Flag Officer /Assistant Secretary of Navy level). • Participated on Pink Team when responding to Government Request for Proposal (RFP)
