Daily Duties at L 3 Communication/Titan Group:

As Team Lead, supervised ten analysts and provided program, technical training support and organizational management expertise to Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), PM (Program Manager) Communications, Intelligence, and Network Systems, in the areas of: • Prepared documents to include Manpower Training Plans (MTP), Manpower and Training Analysis (MTA) research, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) matrix, reports, presentations, and other training and or/acquisition documentation as necessary. • Assisted in program development – focusing on joint interoperability and integration. • Developed and implemented training programs for new communications equipment.
