Daily Duties at Urs Corporation:
Provided program management and analytical support to Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Marine Intelligence (PMMI) including: • Coordinated with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of customer goals. • Interacted and advised customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise • Developed, reviewed, edited and coordinated program documentation. • Analyzed and tracked project budgets, schedules and deliverables; • Conducted research into specific areas, prepared and reported findings to the customer; • Created and maintained master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program. • Assisted with training new staff (internal and external) on concepts, techniques and reporting; • Conducted special studies and evaluations, research and analyze problems and determine element requirements Developed an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) populating it with human resources to allow better utilization of personnel.
