Senior Bookkeeper Oct’ 97 to Sept’ 00 East New York Urban Youth Corps Brooklyn, NY • Preparing Payroll on a bi-weekly basis. • Reviewing and analyzing data related to employee recruitment and remuneration. • Monitoring the Cash Flow of the organization. • Management of Petty Cash. • Monitoring the preparation of Bank Reconciliation’s on a monthly basis. • Maintaining the books, account records and other financial data of the facility. • Preparing Approval and disbursement of grant funds in accordance with agreed procedures. • Established Bank Accounts for ENYUYC.
