Took ownership of existing customers who were unhappy with quality and service, Built strong customer relationships with several levels of management throughout facility, managed inventory control and deliveries, increased products being supplied to customers and increased profit by15% Drove annual sales revenues from $100,000 to 400,000 over two years by procuring new or next generation business. Generated 24 new accounts over the last 2 years
